Dan Lowenstein

Dan Lowenstein is a seasoned leader in health policy and government relations with extensive experience in nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at VNS Health, the largest nonprofit home and community-based health care organization in New York State, Dan directs advocacy efforts and policy initiatives within a $2.5 billion framework. Prior roles include Senior Director of Public Affairs at the Primary Care Development Corporation, where Dan guided health care policy and industry trends, and various positions in global health consulting with clients such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
