Elizabeth McCormick

Elizabeth McCormick is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in hospice and home-based care. Currently serving as a Hospice Physician at VNS Health since February 2023, Elizabeth previously held the role of Home Based Medical Care Physician at Prospero Health from August 2021 to February 2023. An accomplished leader, Elizabeth worked as Medical Director and Associate Medical Director at Cityblock Health from August 2019 to July 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director for Mount Sinai Visiting Doctors and Physician at Mount Sinai Health System between March 2011 and August 2019, as well as completing a residency at The Institute for Family Health from July 2006 to July 2009. Elizabeth earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Connecticut in 2006, completed a Palliative Care Fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University in 2010, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Holyoke College, obtained in 2000.
