Kathleen Baer is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as the Manager of Analytics, Quality & Risk Adjustment at VNS Health, where responsibilities include leading a team of five data analysts in data analysis, reporting, dashboarding, and modeling for Quality Management and Risk Adjustment. Previously, Kathleen held the position of Senior Quality Informaticist, supervising the Quality Analytics team and providing in-depth analyses for the Quality department.
