Patrick O'Connor

Patrick O'Connor is a seasoned professional in behavioral health with extensive experience in social work and crisis intervention. Currently serving as a Supervisor for the Behavioral Health team at VNS Health since October 2021, Patrick leads and supports clinicians and peer specialists in mobile crisis interventions. Previous roles include a Clinical Social Worker at HELP USA, providing therapeutic support in mental health shelters, and participation in interdisciplinary teams during the pandemic. O'Connor has also contributed to outreach efforts as a Project Assistant for the Shadow Count 2020 and gained valuable experience as a member of the Assertive Community Treatment team at Bellevue Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Masters in Social Work from Hunter College and a Bachelor's degree in Community and Human Services from SUNY Empire State College.
