Catherine Williamson

Catherine Williamson, CMP, DES has extensive experience in the hotel and convention services industry. Catherine currently holds the position of Director of Convention Services at VisitNorfolk. Catherine's role involves relationship building, creative thinking, and strategic planning. Prior to their current position, Catherine worked as a Convention Services Manager at Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel, where Catherine successfully coordinated group contracts, resulting in exceeding revenue goals. Catherine also has experience in banquet services and retail sales, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Tech.
