Pormer Sarram

Pormer Sarram is the Co-founder and CEO of Visito, a conversational AI platform for hospitality, specializing in automating guest communications on popular messaging platforms. With prior experience as Chief Investment Officer and Limited Partner at Bridge Partners, Pormer contributed to forming the first fund focused on pre-seed and seed-stage startups in Latin America, evaluating over 150 opportunities and defining the investment framework. As Head of Eater Operations for Latin America at Uber, Pormer led a high-performing team to implement customer engagement strategies across 15 countries, achieving significant user growth and managing a substantial promotional budget. Additional experience includes roles at Zinc Platform as part of the founding team, Director of Growth Strategy at SquareTrade, and Analytics Manager at American Express. Pormer holds a Master of Engineering in Operations Research from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Economics from Purdue University.
