Kathleen Mallen

Kathleen Mallen, CCP, is an experienced compensation professional with a robust background in developing and managing compensation strategies across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Compensation Manager at Viskase Companies, Inc. since June 2015, Kathleen has previously held roles such as Manager of Compensation at Navistar International Corporation, where significant contributions included the implementation of a total rewards strategy and management of salary planning and job evaluation. At SPR Companies, Kathleen established the Compensation function and designed salary programs, while experience at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange involved managing HRIS and spearheading merit and incentive programs. Kathleen began their career at Brach's Confections, managing compensation and HRIS functions. Kathleen holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Loyola University Chicago.
