Emma Blomberg

Emma Blomberg is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and employer branding. Currently serving as HR Manager at Visma Software AB since August 2016, Emma is integral to the management team, focusing on people and culture development. Previous roles at Visma include HR Business Partner and Acting HR Manager. Prior to joining Visma, Emma worked at Randstad as a Consultant Manager and Account Specialist, where responsibilities included HR, staffing, and managing client relationships. Emma began her career at Proffice AB as a Recruiter, handling recruitment processes within Industrial and Logistics sectors. Emma holds a Human Resources degree from Uppsala University and additional education from Mid Sweden University and Sigtunaskolan Humanistiska Läroverket.
