Rune Pedersen

Rune Pedersen currently serves as the Head of API and Integrations at Visma Software Norge since May 2023. Prior to this role, Rune held multiple positions at Visma from January 2016 to May 2023, including Team Manager for Visma.net Localization and Team Manager for Visma Descartes/Boardroom, as well as serving as the Service Owner for the cloud solution Visma Boardroom. Rune's experience also includes serving as Project Lead Developer at Finale from November 2013 to December 2015, where the cloud application Finale Ledelse was developed, later becoming Visma Boardroom following an acquisition. Previously, Rune worked as a Software Developer Engineer 2 at Microsoft focused on search-related work for Office 365 and spent time at FAST Search & Transfer and EDB Business Partner developing search engines and online banking solutions, respectively. Rune holds a degree in Informatics (Siv.Ing) from UiT - The Arctic University of Norway, completed between 1996 and 2000.
