Anastasiya Shen has over 8 years of work experience in recruitment. Anastasiya started their career in 2012 as an International Recruiter at LEADVISION PTY.LTD. In 2014, they joined Royal Group LLC as a Recruitment Consultant. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Student Recruitment Manager in Middle East at The University of Huddersfield. In 2018, they moved to eKomi - The Feedback Company as an International Recruiter. In 2019, they joined Paymentwall, Inc. as a Global Recruiter. In 2021, they became an HR Manager at Visme, where they were responsible for recruiting talents for tech and non-tech roles, drafting contracts, conducting one-to-one meetings and performance reviews, handling workplace investigations, and preparing job descriptions. Finally, in 2023, they became a Global Recruiter at Paymentology.
