Jenna Alia

Jenna Alia serves as VisMed3D’s General Counsel. She provides strategic counseling on a variety of general corporate and securities matters such as: formation and corporate governance, employment agreements, intellectual property protection, and licensing agreements, commercial transactions, and litigation support. Jenna received her bachelor’s degree in History from Loyola University, Chicago in 2012. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2017. Jenna maintains an active law license in Illinois. She has a passion for the intersection between the law and technology that she gained while attending law school near Silicon Valley and learning under privacy and intellectual property giants. She has an appetite for matters involving cutting edge technology that has the capacity to transform both the medical and legal industries, while also improving lives. From a very young age, Jenna gained practical business and investment experience while helping her family grow their successful restaurant and coffee businesses. To that end, she has worn many hats over the years: barista, pseudo-accountant, business analyst, event marketer, and finally, commercial contracts attorney. She has developed and built enduring relationships that have significantly contributed to the continuing growth of the company. Such an inside view on business provides Jenna with a great understanding of entrepreneurship and an ability to anticipate the unique legal and business needs of her clients’ both today and throughout the lifecycle of their diverse companies.
