Amy Albin

Amy Albin is a dedicated professional with a strong background in Learning and Development and Human Resources. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Coordinator at Vispero® since September 2022, Amy previously held various roles in human resources and consulting, including Human Resources Rater/Screener at SkillSource Learning Partners and Learning and Development Consultant at Eagle I.O. Amy has facilitated training programs to enhance cultural competence and served as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leader at Montclair State University. Research experience includes serving as a Leadership Development Researcher and contributing to legal decision-making studies. Amy holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, complemented by an Associate of Arts degree.
