Katharina Philipp is a Certified Agile Coach and Expert Agile Solutions at VISPIRON SYSTEMS GmbH, where Katharina has been involved in projects with BMW. Katharina also works as a Consultant for BMW in the area of E-Drive development, focusing on module support and planning. Additionally, Katharina is the Head of People & Operations at HPH - Health, Performance & Happiness GmbH and has previous experience as a Projektmanager at Pro.net.expert. GmbH and as a kaufmännische Mitarbeiterin at Doka. Katharina obtained their Bachelor of Trade and Commerce (CCI) from Akademie und Handel München.
