Trisha Balazovic

Trisha Balazovic is an accomplished administrative operations manager and quality engineer with extensive experience in enhancing business processes and quality management systems across various organizations. Currently serving at Visscher-Caravelle since September 2017, Trisha previously held key leadership roles at National Flag Football and Dynatrace, where significant contributions included the improvement of critical business processes and enhancement of ERP system utilization. Trisha's tenure at Compuware spanned over a decade, during which leadership in quality, sustainability, and compliance was demonstrated, alongside managing high-stakes projects such as mergers and divestitures. Earlier career roles at E.L. Hollingsworth & Co., Hella Behr Vehicle Systems, and Honeywell provided a solid foundation in quality engineering and operational leadership. Trisha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Michigan State University and completed an Executive Leadership program at the Inforum Center for Leadership.
