Currently serving as Chief Business Growth Officer and Chief Operations Officer at Vista Community Clinic since July 2022, Mark previously held the role of Vice President at Borrego Health from July 2021 to August 2022. Mark's career at Borrego Community Health Foundation spanned over a decade from December 2009 to June 2022, during which Mark served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations. Early career experiences include a graduate role at the Clinic Leadership Institute and Assistant Director of Clinic Operations at San Ysidro Health Center from December 1997 to November 2009. Mark holds a Master of Public Administration from San Diego State University and Bachelor degrees in Political Science and Liberal Arts from the University of San Diego and St. Clare's, Oxford, respectively.
