Elena Tsoy

Elena Tsoy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and customer success management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Vista Entertainment Solutions since March 2020, Elena previously held the position of Deputy Director Business Development at GDC Technology Limited, focusing on market research, sales strategy, and partnership management in Europe, Russia, and CIS. At CJ 4DPLEX Co., Ltd., as a Senior Business Development and Project Manager, Elena played a key role in negotiating partnerships to launch the 4DX format across multiple regions, overseeing project management and contract negotiations. Earlier career roles included managing translation and editing for the Korea Tourism Organization and serving as a translator and interpreter for Orion Corp and KOTRA. Elena holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and Legal Studies from The Academy of Korean Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Korean Language from Novosibirsk State Technical University.
