Olga Kaplan

Olga (Lozovskaya) Kaplan is a Senior Vice President at Vista Equity Partners, where responsibilities include partnering with CEOs and management teams to enhance the performance of software companies, leveraging over 20 years of investment experience in the field. Prior to joining Vista in March 2021, Kaplan served as a Private Equity Investor at Goldman Sachs from July 2010 to February 2021, focusing on venture capital and growth equity investments in the software sector among others. Kaplan's career began at UBS Investment Bank as an Analyst in 2008, gaining experience in private funds and equities. Educational qualifications include a BA in Economics & Mathematics and an MS in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis, along with studies at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
