Mr. Seelbach joined Vista in 2014 and is a Managing Director in the Office of the CEO where he helps lead Vista’s strategy and activities in Asia. Prior to his role as Managing Director, Mr. Seelbach was the Chief of Staff to the firm’s founder Robert F. Smith where he was involved in firm strategy, investor relations, operations, and other cross firm and functional projects.
Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Seelbach was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong, where he led the Asia-Pacific financial sponsors group. Mr. Seelbach worked at Morgan Stanley for 15 years in Hong Kong, Singapore and New York including time in the mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate finance groups. Mr. Seelbach is an avid squash player and serves as the Board Chair of Squash Drive in San Francisco.
