Isa Cansu has extensive work experience in various financial and executive roles. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Directors at Vista Gruppe. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at ORPEA and as a Board Member at Vivimus AG. They also worked as a Controller/Risk Manager at Fundamenta Group (Schweiz) AG and held multiple roles at RAD-x Group, including Board Member, Group Chief Financial Officer, and Country Manager. Before that, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at a.i. Mmgt and Affidea, where they achieved significant accomplishments in financial management, tax compliance, business development, and process optimization. Their earlier experience includes leadership roles at Ionbond IHI Group, Holcim, and Swatch Group, where they were responsible for finance, accounting, and controlling functions.

Isa Cansu has a diverse education history. Isa obtained an Executive MBA in Controlling & Consulting from Berner Fachhochschule BFH in 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Chartered Expert in Financial and Managerial Accounting & Reporting Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in 2010 and their Chartered Specialist in Accounting and Financial Management Federal Diploma of Higher Education in 2007 from Handelsschule KV Basel.
