Ashley Rizzo Csady

Ashley Rizzo Csady has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ashley is currently working at Vista Higher Learning in the talent acquisition and human resources department. Prior to that, they worked as an independent consultant for Rodan + Fields and as a freelance writer for multiple companies. From 2018 to 2022, Ashley worked at Rosetta Stone, where they held roles as a human resources business partner and a talent acquisition specialist. Ashley also has experience as an owner/operator at Three Wishes Farm, LLC. Before that, they worked at Adams & Garth Staffing as a branch manager and staffing coordinator. Additionally, Ashley worked as a recruiter assistant at TJX, a business development associate at Endless Horizons, a casualty claims adjuster and professional associate at The Rockingham Group, and a server at Cheeseburger Restaurants.

Ashley Rizzo Csady completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from James Madison University, where they attended from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Ashley has obtained several certifications related to Human Resources. Ashley became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in February 2016, and they completed the "HR as a Business Partner" and "Human Resources Foundations" courses through LinkedIn in April 2021.
