Lauren Alessi

Lauren Alessi has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Lauren began their career in 2008 at Pearson, where they served as an HR Business Partner and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for nearly nine years. In 2017, Lauren joined Rosetta Stone and Lexia Learning as a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner, where they worked until 2020. Currently, they are working at Vista Higher Learning as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, starting in 2021.

Lauren Alessi obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Administration & Business Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, in the period between 1998 and 2001. Later, they pursued an MBA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Capella University from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their academic achievements, Lauren Alessi also obtained a certification as a LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter from LinkedIn Certification in February 2016.
