Lauren Bennett

Lauren Bennett has a diverse work experience in the field of education and language instruction. Most recently, they worked at Vista Higher Learning as a Modern Language Specialist Sales Representative and Sales Representative. Prior to that, they were the Regional Manager of Academic Services/ Manager of Online Programs at The Cambridge Network. Lauren also served as the Academic Coordinator/Head Teacher at Pine Manor College and an ESL Instructor at Target International School.

Earlier in their career, Lauren worked as an ESOL Instructor at Catholic Charities Neighborhood Services and a TOEFL/ESL Instructor at KCIC Education Group. Lauren also gained experience as a Communications Intern at the Oaxaca Community Foundation and a Writer/Translator at Entre Mundos, Quetzaltenango.

Additionally, Lauren served as a Job Developer and ESL Instructor at YMCA International Learning Center and as an ESL Instructor at Universidad Central.

Throughout their career, they have developed and implemented curricula, taught a variety of courses, and provided support and guidance to students.

Lauren Bennett obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Writing from St. Lawrence University from 1999 to 2003. Afterwards, they attended the School for International Training in 2004 and received a TESOL Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Applied Linguistics with a concentration in ESL at UMass Boston.
