It operates through three segments: Horizontal Projects, which pertains to the housing market segment of the Company and caters on the development and sale of residential lots and units; Vertical Projects, which caters on the development and sale of residential condominium projects across the Philippines, and Commercial and others, which pertains to the development, leasing and management of shopping malls and commercial centers all over the Philippines, and also includes activities from holding companies and others. It operates residential property development business and commercial property development business through six business units, including Britanny, Crown Asia, Camella Homes, Communities Philippines and Vista Residences, which are focused on residential property development, and Starmalls, which is involved in commercial property development.
