Tammy Lennox

Tammy Lennox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and coaching. Currently serving as a Life Skills Instructor at Vista Life Innovations since October 2020, Tammy focuses on empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve independence. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Apple Rehab and Human Resources Coordinator at BHcare, along with various positions in human resources at Blue Heron French Cheese Company, Springer Nature, Oxford University Press, and Pearson. Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rutgers Business School and a Master of Science in Organizational Management and Human Resources Development from Manhattanville University.
