April H Foley

April H Foley has extensive experience in leadership and governance across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Board Director at Vista Outdoor Inc. since January 2015, April also contributes to the Board of Directors at Xerium Technologies and previously held a similar role with ATK from 2010 to 2015. Notably, April served as an Ambassador for the US Department of State and at the U.S. Embassy in Budapest, Hungary, from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, April held the position of Vice Chairman at the Export-Import Bank of the United States from 2003 to 2005. Academically, April H Foley earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College.
