Melissa Bang has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Melissa has worked in various roles, starting as a Senior Merchandise Specialist at Target, where they implemented Best Methods processes and played a crucial role in reducing workload and chargebacks. Melissa managed over 9 brands and 13k SKUs, implementing website enhancements, marketing programs, and yearly strategies to drive revenue growth.

Most recently, Melissa joined Vista Outdoor Inc. as the Director of Digital & E-Commerce for multiple ammunition brands. In this role, they lead a team of 6 and oversees strategy, enhancements, and back-end implementations for all five brands and websites. Melissa is also responsible for managing system overhauls to provide a personalized consumer experience and understand consumer behavior.
