Randall Watkins

Randall Watkins has a diverse work history in the fields of law enforcement sales, training, and military service. Randall currently holds the position of Director, Law Enforcement Sales - West at Vista Outdoor Inc. In this role, Watkins is responsible for managing sales in the law enforcement sector. Prior to that, they served as the Law Enforcement Ammunition Territory Manager at Vista Outdoor Inc., where they were responsible for managing territory sales and developing relationships with customers. Watkins also worked as the Force on Force Sales Manager/LE Ammunition Territory Manager at Vista Outdoor Inc., where they provided support for the "Force on Force" product line and conducted product demonstrations for law enforcement and military personnel. Before joining Vista Outdoor Inc., Watkins held the position of Territory Sales Manager - Law Enforcement at Vista Outdoor Inc., where they represented several brands and trained sales staff on product knowledge and usage. Prior to their career at Vista Outdoor Inc., Watkins owned and served as the lead instructor of GWOT Training Group LLC, a training organization. Randall also gained experience as the Director of Logistics/Range Operations at Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT). Watkins began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Platoon Sgt for nearly a decade.

Randall Watkins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Forensic Psychology from Texas State University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Randall later pursued a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from the same university, completing their studies from 2007 to 2013.
