Maxwell Smith

Maxwell Smith is a Senior Associate at Vista Point Advisors, a boutique sell-side investment bank specializing in M&A and capital raise transactions for founder-led software and internet businesses. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Development Associate at Appinio, Employee Benefits Advocate at HUB International—where Maxwell earned the Florida Rookie of the Year award—COO and CMO at Swally, and various leadership positions at Stetson University, including Director of Marketing and Student Outreach. Maxwell also served as Commander of the Sigma Nu Delta Mu chapter and gained experience as a Legal Assistant at Munizzi Law Firm and an Institute Relations Intern at Atlas Network. Maxwell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Russian Eastern European and Eurasian Studies from Stetson University.
