Michelle Martz is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in Human Resources and performance arts. Currently serving as an HR Program Manager and former HR Generalist at Vista Prairie Communities since January 2018, Michelle has held multiple HR roles including HR Specialist at Infor and HR Shared Service Center Representative at St. Jude Medical. Prior to these HR positions, Michelle worked as an Executive Assistant at Volunteers of America of Minnesota, supporting high-level executives and contributing to key initiatives. Additionally, Michelle has a long-standing career as a piano accompanist and performer since 2004, providing musical services for various events. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development and a Human Resource Development Certificate from the University of Minnesota, along with an Associate of Arts degree from North Hennepin Community College.
