Molly Shelton

Molly Shelton, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Global HR Program Manager at SugarCRM since March 2021, Molly has previously held significant positions, including Director of Human Resources at Internet2 from 2013 to 2020, where strategic people practices were developed for a national non-profit organization. Prior to that, Molly led HR at CFI Group, overseeing functions for a global firm, and held multiple HR roles at Tetra Tech and Hilton Suites Auburn Hills. A commitment to professional development is evident through participation in technology and project management courses and volunteer work as Communications Chair for a local HR organization. Molly holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
