Jo-Anna Phongsa

Jo-Anna Phongsa is Vista’s Human Resources and Facilities Lead. She heads Vista’s HR and recruiting and is always looking to meet new candidates who could be a good fit with Vista.

As the Facilities Lead, Jo-Anna oversees Vista’s building operations and corporate events. Since joining Vista in 2013 as the Facilities Coordinator, Jo-Anna has grown within the Operations Team and taken on multiple roles in support of their integrated engineering services. In her current role, Jo-Anna oversees the execution of Vista’s HR and recruitment, facilities operation, and HSE coordination, including maintaining Vista’s COR status.

Prior to joining Vista, Jo-Anna worked as a Marketing and Events Coordinator for a property management company. Jo-Anna graduated from Bow Valley College with a diploma in Office Administration and in Marketing and Events.
