Eduardo de Guardiola

Eduard J. de Guardiola serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Vista Residential Partners and de Guardiola Family Office LLC, positions held since March 2000. With extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, development, and management, as well as private equity investments, Eduard oversees the strategic direction and operations of both firms. Eduard pursued higher education at Florida State University from 1975 to 1978.
