Lee Novak

Lee Novak is an accomplished professional in real estate development, currently serving as Chief Development Officer at Vista Residential Partners since May 2022. Previously, Lee held leadership roles at Fore Property Company as Managing Director and Vice President of Development, overseeing the development of over 1,500 multi-family housing units and generating significant project profits. Experience includes senior project management positions at Gestamp Solar, and development management roles at Intrawest and A. F. Evans Company, Inc., as well as consulting through Novak Development Consulting. Lee's career began as a project manager for Aspen Housing Authority and included a foundation in research at the Rocky Mountain Institute. Lee holds a Master's degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Drew University.
