Morteza Soltani

Morteza Soltani has a range of work experience in the IT field. Morteza started their career as an IT Technician at the Tehran Municipal Employees Fund Institution in 2012, where they designed and implemented a server room and configured network devices. Morteza then worked at the Insurance Research Center as an IT Technician in 2013, where they implemented network and server monitoring services and VMWare virtualization.

In 2009, Morteza joined Fanava IDC as an IT Technician, where they installed, updated, configured, and maintained various IT systems such as Windows Server, web hosting, antivirus, backup software, and networks. Morteza also managed requests in the Service Desk and developed and updated the Knowledge-Base software.

Morteza then became a Senior IT Technician at NIOPDC in 2016, where they specialized in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HP-based backup systems, storage and servers, disaster recovery planning, and incident management.

From 2018 to 2019, Morteza returned to Fanava IDC as a Senior IT Analyst. In this role, they had a focus on analyzing IT systems and providing technical support.

In 2020, Morteza joined Mellat Insurance as a Senior IT Analyst, where they had expertise with SolarWinds Suite and configuring SQL queries and scripting. Morteza also reviewed logs and events errors.

Currently, Morteza is working as an IT Field Service Engineer at Vista Managed IT Services, starting in 2022. Morteza'sresponsibilities include investigating and troubleshooting reported issues, providing on-site swap-out services, and adhering to customer contract commitments.

Morteza Soltani completed their education in the field of Computer Software Engineering. Morteza began their academic journey in 2005 at the University of Applied Science and Technology, where they pursued an Associate's degree. Morteza spent two years at this institution before moving on to Azad University (IAU), where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from 2007 to 2009.
