Jeanevra Calhoun

Jeanevra Calhoun is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and construction industries. As President of Ampersand Development Design Build since December 2013, Jeanevra has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in project management. Additionally, as a Licensed Realtor with Vista Sotheby's International Realty since January 2020, Jeanevra specializes in luxury properties and is a member of both the California and National Associations of Realtors. Jeanevra holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and English from Boston University, earned in 2011, and has a foundational education from Chadwick School, completed in 2007. Jeanevra is also a Certified Expert Negotiator.
