De'Lon Barry has over 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In 2019, they began working as Managing Partner/ Regional Culinary Service Director at Vista Springs, where they established measures, outcomes and expectations to help personnel understand and meet service objectives, verified team compliance with established procedures and protocols critical to successful Hospitality services, and led the revenue effort of the entire properties with an emphasis on driving guest satisfaction and food quality. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Food Operation and Dining Services at Elmcroft Senior Living from 2015 to 2014. Furthermore, they worked as the Assistant Food Service Director at Unidine from 2014 to 2015, where they were responsible for hiring, managing, motivation, retention and training of staff, as well as maintaining systems and procedures for the ordering, receiving, storing, preparation and serving of food related products.

De'Lon Barry attended Grand Rapids Community College from 2003 to 2004, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager. De'Lon then attended Ashford University from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Organizational Leadership.
