David Baxa

David Baxa has extensive experience in strategic planning, management consulting, and technology development, currently serving as a Board Trustee at Shenandoah University since October 2018 and as an Advisory Board Member for the School of Business since 2008, with previous tenure as Chair from April 2016 to April 2018. As Chairman of VISTA Technology Services, Inc. since November 2003, Baxa has focused on facilities portfolio consulting and data analytics. Baxa's career also includes significant roles at various firms in federal professional services, including positions at Hayes, Seay, Mattern & Mattern, HDR, and General Analytics Corporation, culminating with leadership roles at VISTA Information Technologies and VISTA Technology Services. Baxa's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia.
