Nakhim Sovann

Nakhim Sovann has a diverse work history, beginning in 2017 as a Retail Associate at Cotton On Group. In 2019, they co-founded CamsAbroad, a blog and online forum that provides guidance and community for Cambodians around the world. In 2020, they worked as a Marketing Consultant at FinTech Payments, developing and maintaining a new automated B2B sales and marketing system. In 2021, they became a Growth Product Manager at PlanningCommunity.org, managing the intersection between marketing and product development and increasing the retirement community and network of professionals by 25% and 20%, respectively. Currently, they are a Marketing and Communications Manager at Vistabeam, overseeing marketing and creative strategy, advertising channels, public relations, insights, analytics, and MarTech.

Nakhim Sovann obtained a Working with Children's Check from the Department of Justice and Regulation, Victoria, Australia in January 2016. Nakhim then attended Monash University from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts, Political Science. In April 2020, Nakhim Sovann received a Responsive Web Design Certification from freeCodeCamp. Nakhim is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management at Duke University, which they began in 2020.
