Ian Blair

Ian Blair has held multiple key positions throughout their career. In 1982, they co-founded Adnac Investments, where they served as President and developed franchises in transportation and tours. Ian then went on to found Blair Concrete Services Inc in 1990, where they served as CEO until 2009, overseeing a organization of over 200 employees. In 1996, they started Blair Duron Restoration LLC as an investor, specializing in specialty concrete repair and restoration. Ian also served as the President of various Blair companies from 1989 to 2013.

In more recent years, Ian has worked as an Independent Subcontractor for FMI from 2010 to 2015. Ian has also served as a Strategic Advisor for several construction-related companies, including M&N Construction Supply Inc. (2014-present), Ace/Avant Concrete Construction Co., Inc. (2016-present), and Thomas Construction Group (2018-present).

Most notably, Ian Blair is currently the President of VistaCare Communications, a position they have held since October 2018.

Ian Blair attended the TED Global Conference in Rio de Janeiro in 2014. Ian holds a 4-year BA degree in Economics from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne, which they completed from 1980 to 1984. Ian Blair has also obtained Co Active Executive Coach training from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
