Sebastian Kakazu

Sebastian Kakazu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and coaching. Currently serving as the Best Practice Chair at Vistage Paraguay since April 2021, Sebastian has been integral in supporting CEOs and business leaders in overcoming critical challenges. As the founder of Kenmei Coaching, established in February 2013, and an accomplished author at Editorial Goya since June 2018, Sebastian has contributed to the field with the publication "Kaizen Coaching." Additionally, Sebastian functions as a Senior Consultant at BDO Paraguay, a part-time university professor at UCOM, and a certified professional coach. Previous roles include being a TV panelist for ABC Color and holding leadership positions in various consulting firms and organizations. Education includes degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and certifications in coaching from multiple institutions.
