Bill Blaine

Bill Blaine has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Home Staging Financial since January 2018 and holds a position on the Board of Governors and BBC Scholarship Committee at Balboa Bay Club. Since July 2021, Bill Blaine has been a member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc. and participated as a member of RainmakerU from August 2022 to May 2024. Additionally, Bill Blaine has been an advisory board member for Laguna Design Center from January 2018 to May 2024 and has held the position of Partner at Bassman Blaine, Inc. since 1987. Bill Blaine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from San Diego State University, where studies were completed from 1980 to 1985, and attended Taft High School from 1978 to 1980.
