Bob Dabic

Bob Dabic has extensive experience in leadership coaching, currently serving as Master Chair and Best Practice Chair at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. since August 1999, where Bob coaches CEOs, presidents, business owners, and senior executives to enhance leadership performance and business results. Additionally, Bob trains Vistage chair candidates to effectively launch and manage CEO groups. As the CEO of DabiCoaching, also established in August 1999, Bob provides similar coaching services to improve leadership and organizational outcomes. Previously, from November 1978 to June 1999, Bob was the President and CEO of DABICO, Inc., managing several businesses in the airport ground support equipment industry. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from California State University, Long Beach, obtained between 1972 and 1976.
