Gene Boes is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in various sectors, currently serving as President & CEO of Northwest Center since June 2017, focusing on promoting the growth and independence of individuals with disabilities. Boes is also a Board Member for the UI REACH Advisory Board, providing guidance on a transition program for college-age students with disabilities, and a member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc. In academia, Boes holds adjunct professor positions at Seattle Pacific University and Seattle University. Previous roles include Principal at North Highland Company, Managing Director at Loft9, and Director at Microsoft Corporation, where strategic leadership and operational excellence were pivotal. Boes commenced a career in the U.S. Navy as a Lieutenant and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science in Information Management from Marymount University.
