Michele Harris

Michele Harris has extensive experience in leadership and organizational growth within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin since December 2021, Michele oversees operations, programs, and a substantial budget within the Workforce & Family Services department at Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest from 1994 to 2021. Additionally, Michele held the role of President at Good Works, Inc., while also contributing as a Program Surveyor for CARF International since 2016. Michele is a member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc., an executive coaching organization, and possesses an MBA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, along with a degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, where graduated summa cum laude.
