Rich Carlton

Rich Carlton currently serves as a member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc., where involvement focuses on enhancing organizational and community outcomes through peer advisory and executive coaching. Since February 2017, Rich has held the position of General Manager at Wiese USA, also contributing as Service Manager. Prior experience includes co-owning Lester Painting LLC from June 2013 to January 2017, serving as Operations Manager at St. Louis Screw & Bolt from 2009 to 2013, and working as Sales Manager at ETS - Kawasaki from January 2008 to April 2009. Rich began a career in operations management at Big Dog Motorcycles LLC, spanning from February 2000 to February 2007. Rich's academic foundation includes studies at Wichita State University from 1994 to 1996.
