Ryan Cleaveland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and business operations. Currently serving as a Vistage Member since March 2023, Ryan is dedicated to enhancing both company and community outcomes through peer advisory and executive coaching. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Spotter Staffing since February 2019, Ryan oversees a firm specializing in staffing therapy professionals across Illinois and Texas. Previously, Ryan contributed as a Junior Board Member for Folds of Honor from February 2019 to December 2020, supporting educational scholarships for families of fallen and disabled service members. Ryan's background includes significant roles at Aerotek, where responsibilities included Director of Business Operations, Sales Manager, and Account Manager.
