Trent Stepp

Trent Stepp, PMP, serves as the Principal and Senior Director of Operations at Salas O'Brien since April 2019, having previously held roles such as Associate Vice President and Director of Operations within the same company for nearly two decades. In addition to their primary role, Trent is an active member of the Board of Trustees for Southwest Licking Community Water & Sewer District and serves as Vice Chairman and member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for Etna Township. With a background in electrical design and management at companies such as Varo Engineers and Parsons Corporation, Trent has demonstrated extensive expertise in electrical power systems and project management across various sectors. Education includes a degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati and participation in a Project Management Bootcamp.
