Trisha Fitzmaurice

Trisha Fitzmaurice serves as the senior vice president of human resources. She has responsibility for all aspects of human resources including employment law compliance, talent acquisition and development, total rewards, employee wellness, and diversity and inclusion.

Trisha is an HR professional with over 10+ years of experience mostly in the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry serving both private and public companies. Prior to joining Vistagen, Trisha was Head of People and Culture at Shoreline BioSciences, where she was responsible for company culture, recruitment, and overall strategy of employment policies and procedures to support organizational growth. Prior to Shoreline, Trisha was head of human resources at Adamis Pharmaceuticals.

Trisha holds a B.A. from Indiana University, Bloomington, and a J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
