Elino Da Silva has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. In 2017, they worked as a Ramp Agent for PenAir, where they operated equipment, loaded and unloaded luggage and freight, and communicated with ground and flight crew. Later that year, they became a Westjet Account Manager at PenAir and liaised between airport management and FAA representatives. In 2019, they joined VPNE Parking Solutions as an Operations Supervisor, where they motivated and trained employees, enforced compliance, and handled customer complaints. In 2021, they moved to ABM Aviation as an Operations Supervisor, focusing on employee attendance and product flow. In 2022, they joined XO as an Overnight Client Services Specialist, managing trips from start to finish, developing client relationships, and providing proactive customer communications. Most recently, in 2023, they started working at VistaJet as a Flight Support Agent, preparing ground operations arrangements and liaising with external providers.

Elino Da Silva pursued their education at Bridgewater State University from 2012 to 2017. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Aviation Management. This field of study reflects their interest in aviation and management.
