Emils Gabrans

Emils Gabrans has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Emils started their career at Jekabpils Youth Council in 2008, where they served as an Event Manager until 2014. In 2013, they joined airBaltic as a Flight Manuals Revision Coordinator, a role they held until 2015. Emils then moved on to work at SmartLynx Airlines Ltd as a Crew Dispatcher from 2016 to 2018. Emils joined VistaJet in 2018 and has held various roles including Operations Controller, Fleet Coordinator/Communication Controller, Operations Planning Coordinator, and currently, they serve as the Senior Operations Controller. In 2020, they briefly worked as an Operations Specialist at SmartLynx Airlines Ltd. Emils Gabrans is experienced in operations control, coordination, planning, and communication in the aviation industry.

Emils Gabrans completed their Bachelor's degree in International Logistics and Business Management from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) from 2012 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Jekabpils State Gymnasium from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Emils Gabrans also holds several certifications. In August 2022, they obtained certifications in "34 Things to Know about Carbon and Climate," "Sustainability Strategies," and "Sustainability as an Innovation Opportunity" from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in December 2011, they obtained a Driver's Licence from the Road Traffic Safety Directorate (CSDD).
